Grievance Policy

Those of us at The Sacred Wheel are committed to making all events safe and welcoming. Anyone who believes that an organizer, presenter, instructor, facilitator, staff or volunteer at The Sacred Wheel has acted illegally, irresponsibly, or unprofessionally may file a grievance. The goal of this process is to center accountability of impact and repair relationships when possible.

To file a grievance, please email info@sacred-wheel.com with some to all of the following information:

     -name and contact information of the person filing the grievance

     -name of the person about which the grievance is being made

     -description of the event that instigated the grievance report

     -desired resolution
